Description

Online Lesson Booking system (OLB) is booking system for one-to-one online lesson.
This plugin adds on "Automatic schedule" function for the plugin "Online Lesson Booking (OLB)". ("OLB" must be installed and activated)

The lesson schedule of teachers are updated automatically.

There is 2 kinds of automatic schedule update.

  1. "Common automatic schedule update"
    The schedule which was planned to the chosen target user (teacher).
    When the target user is planning a personal schedule, it isn't applied.

  2. "Automatic schedule update of each teacher"
    It's a planned schedule personally.

  • The plan unit is the weekly schedule.
  • A showing schedule is chosen from "7 days", "14 days" or "30 days".
  • It's possible to establish a holiday list.

Installation

Visit Document (ja).

Installation

  1. Donwload plugin file and unzip it.
  2. Upload "olb-addon-auto-schedule" folder to the "/wp-content/plugins/" directory
  3. Activate the plugin through the "Plugins" menu in WordPress
  4. After activating a plug-in, a new page is added as a child of a "Scheduler for teacher" page.
    A short cord [olb_auto_scheduler start="0"] was inserted in a new page.
    The start DOW of a week can be specified with the "start" parameter of a short code.
    (0=Sun:(Default),1=Mon,...6=Sat)

Edit the "Common automatic schedule"

  1. Open the added new page "Automatic scheduler".
    Click "Go to Common automatic schedule" link.

  2. Input "Starting date of an automatic schedule".(Only first.)

  3. Edit a weekly schedule.

  4. Choose the target users.

  5. If there is a holiday, list the date with line feed.

  6. Check the "Activate" checkbox.

  7. Click the "Update" button.
  • When you would like to stop an update, uncheck "Activate". (Or Check the "Delete".)

Edit the "Automatic schedule for each teacher"

  1. Open the added new page "Automatic scheduler".
  2. Input "Starting date of an automatic schedule". (Only first.)
  3. Edit a weekly schedule.
  4. If there is a holiday, list the date with line feed.
  5. Check the "Activate" checkbox.
  6. Click the "Update" button.
  • When you would like to apply a "Common automatic schedule" to target user, delete that user's personal schedule.
