"Ticket system" is the mechanism of giving "Possession tickets" for every member, and consuming one ticket per reservation.
It can select to use "Ticket system" or not use. - Administrator can pretend to be a teacher or a member. And it can see the pages for lecturers (schedule setup etc.), and the pages for members (attendance history etc.).
